We are planning to go to Tortolla in December,and are looking for the most direct (and of course economical )way to get there without flying from or into the US or its possessions.IE: US Virgin Islands.

THe easiest way to get to Tortolla is to fly direct to St Thomas from say Toronto. We lived there for 3 years and came back to Ontario often for visits etc. Its the cheapest way as well. If you fly to Porto Rico it takes a lot longer and may be more expensive as well.
What are you going to doing while you are there?? We used to be in the charter business.
